Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Techora. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sup.techora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, 

return will be initiated only if you have received damaged or defective item.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us with the photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
